Of course we had to hop on the office siren challenge as well, since we were already out there. Lately the internet had been swarmed with a new take on the office siren, your typical cool and chic beauty of the cubicles. Much like the phrase “dommy mommy” the new take on the term showed off powerful woman standing firm in their sexuality whilst dressed in typical office attire. The twist being rather than a traditional office setting they had the models seaside and even brought monitors and keyboards to “work” in the water. Hope picked up some props from goodwill and with the simple addition of a white top and glasses for an outfit change we had a whole new vibe. I hadn’t been aware of this challenge until they showed me but I looove it! It inspired me to do more shoots with props in unusual places, the different narratives we can create that way is something I’m inclined to explore.

For this section we really just focused on enjoying ourselves rather than capturing a specific shot. We’d already been shooting for an hour and at this time let the setting determine how we posed. Hope focused on not floating off the rock they were perched on and I focused on not falling in after them. Their facial expressions were more dramatic to compensate for the limitations on their movement within the frame. In between bouts of laughter we were able to focus long enough to create some flirty and fun images.
