When did you first identify as queer and why?

I’ve always identified as gay my whole life tbh, I’m not sure but it was something that always was in my heart before I even knew the term.

What does being queer mean to you and how does it affect the way you move through the world and different spaces(social, economic, cultural, political)?

I feel as though it is embedded in my identity. My personality, interest, and overall integrity are affected by my being gay. Society sees me as such based on those things.

How would you define your queer identity?

Extraordinary.

What is one thing you wish the younger you would’ve known in order to make deciding to get out of bed each day easier?
