This was the second outfit of the day and we’d already finished our main shoot which made this one a last minute creative exercise in what we would do if we had a fuji film brand deal to shoot for. Lyena had a fuji film camera with her and wanted to take some photos together, when we got the idea of shooting her posing with camera too. Instead of being overly posed and editorial, we kept it simple and cute while channeling happy summer memories and focused more on expressing the sheer joy of being outside as well as capturing the moment. This showed up as interactive shots facing the camera and lots of big smiles mid laugh.
