concept

When I met up with Lyena and Ro they were coming off a power woman photoshoot in central station where they redefined what a strong businesswoman looked like in preparation for Ro’s website rebranding. They were still in “uniform” so to speak and so Lyena suggested swapping outfits and taking photos of the two of them in the park to add my creative eye to the theme. I was more than happy to do so and aimed for the messages of softness, femininity, and the joy of sisterhood while still being powerful and independent in these shots. Ro is a beginner model whereas Lyena has many years of experience under her belt so I had her take point on posing directions while only offering slight adjustments as needed for light and shadows.
